Resveratrol Update
Heres the latest news on one of my favorite nutrients — resveratrol. Re-searchers recently studied a fish with a captive lifespan of only three months. Resveratrol added to their fish food increased longevity and slowed age-related decays in memory and muscular performance. This study confirms what other research has shown: Resveratrol consistently extends life across a wide variety of very different animal groups. These include worms, fish, and insects.
The power of resveratrol is not to ignore. I have two favorite bioflavonoids, resveratrol and Seanol (as FibroBoost). With my diet, I am not a huge supplement taker. However, I take both. You may want to do the same.
