Ebola Battled By Health Hero Robert Rowen MD In Sierra Leone With Ozone Update 11-3-14

The following letter was sent to President Koroma of Sierra Leone via a key advisor. I have no way of knowing if it was actually placed in his hand, though I know that people VERY close to the President also received it.

October 28, 2014Dear President Koroma,

First, please let me say that I (and Dr. Robins) felt very honored to have been requested by you to come to Sierra Leone to bring ozone for Ebola. It was a long and hard trip, exhausting hours, but very worthwhile for the amazing reception ozone therapy had with all who attended the lectures and who came for training and even treatment. You should know that in just three weeks of preparation, we received over 32,000 USD in private donations from ozone followers around the world to provide materials and shipping for your people.

Some of your most prominent physicians requested treatment for pain with ozone, for which training Dr. Carew was given freely by me personally in addition to the protocol for Ebola. I encourage you to see a video of people you know at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d13TQuTsWD4&list=UUxUy0rUk7awQJViHeJGz3lA. It might be easier to go to www.youtube/com/user/RobertRowenMD and scroll down to get to it.

Mr. President. We felt even more honored that you met with us in the Statehouse and again at your personal residence. Our admiration for you went up many folds in that you requested to receive a treatment yourself. That you so trusted us so, and put yourself forward to experience it ahead of your People is a testament to your leadership.

That said, you might know of turmoil that occurred over the next days. We had meeting after meeting, negotiating through difficult traffic and roads to meet with ministers on their schedule. Most interestingly, neither the Minister of Health nor his staff, nor those in the Ebola program made attempts to meet with us, OR attend our lectures. Yet they are the ones demanding evidence of medical ozone’s science, safety and benefits!

I commend Dr. Eva Roberts, who came to the lecture skeptical, and seeing the science, she turned over completely, requesting intravenous treatment herself, performing one on me, helping instruct the young doctors in their training and then getting knee treatment from me.

On my sixth day we met with Major Palo Conteh, the Ebola chief. After we explained everything to him, he stated, “I have just one question. Why is this not being done as we speak here?” Dr. Robins and I thought we had cleared our last hurdle, getting his approval.

The next day, I traveled to Hastings with Dr. Carew. While training doctors and nurses EAGER to get the treatment themselves for protection and to move ahead with patients, the Major in charge there got a call from the Assistant Minister of Health. She told him, “Your job will be in danger if you permit ozone therapy for anyone there.” Shortly after, a call came from the Minister of Health, who endorsed the order of the Assistant Minister.

I could not believe what I heard, and, admittedly, I exploded in anger before all assembled there. Mr. President, the directive was not only to deny treatment for patients but also to the staff, risking their lives.

This seemed in direct contramand to your first and prime directive to Dr. Carew – “Protect the staff”. The latter was also my first mission, as without staff, you will lose EVERYONE. Interestingly, the staff competed with each other for treatment. That should be very telling.

I went directly to the National Television to tell the story. One, Mr. Stephen Ngaugah, was on Val’s show and went on and on about how the government is winning the Ebola war. He glorified efforts to do proper burials and body burnings. Not a word about saving lives of the sick.

He then went on to castigate me, an invited guest of His Excellency, to come and save lives with ozone. He told me I should stay in America to treat our Ebola patients here rather than “experiment on Africans like guinea pigs.” Mr. President. I will tell you I was very restrained and measured in my response to this horrible insult, directed not only to me, but also to you, the one who invited me. I believe his comment made you to look like a fool.

This self-serving and egotistical man did not have the honor to tell your people that he is earning some $120,000 that he demanded for the job, and he has NO medical background. He is earning more than I am at the moment!!! His riches depend on continued grave digging and DEATH. If a cure were found, he’d soon be out of business.

Now the next morning at about 8:30 am, Dr. Carew got a call from the Foreign Minister. It seems he was worried about his mother up north in an Ebola area. He wanted prophylactic treatment for her and the whole family.

So we have a two-tiered system in your country. Ministers demanding protective ozone treatment for themselves, while the government issues orders denying therapy to those sick and most likely to die. Mr. President, I am a doctor. We came at our own expense to save lives and families.

You have people in government who, in my opinion, are wiling to allow death for money. I believe this is a crime against humanity, and has morphed your nation from the land of “blood diamonds” to the land of “Ebola blood money.”

Next day, I met people on the street who saw the show simply aghast at your government ministers (not at you).

At this time, your ministers will not get treatment with equipment paid for to prove ozone therapy for Ebola victims. I cannot blame Dr. Carew for now deciding to take the project to Liberia. I would do the same thing.

Now, after I returned home, I/we received an email that the ministers want to “negotiate” with us. Negotiate? Over attempting to save lives?

Many people in the Hastings center have likely died as a result of the order– hence my term – ‘Ebola blood money’. I am an American who seemingly cares more about your people than do your health ministers and the NERC director.

Be that as it may, let’s get to “negotiation.”

First, please permit Dr. Carew to guide the young, willing, doctors we trained to go into Hastings and treat the group of 10 newly diagnosed patients with early onset symptoms, as per Phase One in our protocol. This is what is most important to us.

The next order of business, I humbly suggest, is to consider whether the ministers who stopped the treatment should retain their positions, as they are the impediment to saving lives.

There would have been nothing to lose and everything to gain by proceeding with ozone therapy while I was still there to closely monitor and advise. Dr. Robins and myself will now have to do this from across the ocean.

Some of the workers at the airport when I was leaving told me, “All the ministers are very corrupt. But this is Africa! What can we do?” This is the feeling of people on the street.

After this, Dr. Carew, upon receiving adequate, additional supplies from us, will consider treating the Health care workers, government officials and their families.

This was/is a no risk opportunity to put the People first! Imagine how you would be seen worldwide if it does as we expect. And, in the remote chance that it does not, there is nothing lost. No one need know.

We had already proven the treatments safety on the doctors and yourself. Seems NERC director, Mr. Stephen Ngaugah, considers that Ebola itself is not experimenting with the lives of your people, with a 60% death rate. Something is very wrong here.

Also, we are told that untested, thus “experimental” vaccinations and drugs have been and are under development. They are being readied for use on Ebola patients in the stricken African countries. Why is this acceptable and not our treatment?

Upon arriving in America, I learned that Dr. Robins was contacted by, and talked with a group of people, with one having inside information to the health ministry, warning of powerful forces (money) within the ministry, which was bent, on destroying our mission to save lives. This person was truly concerned and feared for the safety of Dr. Robins and Dr. Carew as well as myself.

Mr. President, the only thing Dr. Robins and I requested for our efforts was to return at personal invitation of you and shake your hand when your country is declared Ebola free. You agreed. We made a contract. It appears that the contract has been made impossible by self-serving men/women who will greatly profit by all the millions in world efforts to stem the epidemic.

Thank you for reading this and for considering our recommendations.

Most Respectfully,

Robert Rowen, MD

Howard Robins, D.P.M.
