Last month, I showed how modern medicine is failing to protect you from colon cancer. I also told you that diet is the absolute best way to prevent this deadly disease. Now there is more proof.
A Harvard study has found that foods rich in folate and vitamin B6 significantly reduce the risk of colon cancer. What was interesting in this study is that it was food and not supplements that appeared to reduce the risk of colorectal cancer.
Supplements are super for improving your health and fighting specific diseases. But I use them only to provide specific nutrients for a weakened system that has needs beyond what you might find in diet. And I would even use them to treat colon cancer.
But your diet is far more important for prevention. You are more prone to disease when you are not eating whole nutrient-rich foods. As a general preventive, such as for cancer, nothing beats a God-made diet.
