I get a lot of messages from readers about the lack of availability of trained doctors for eye diseases like macular degeneration, cataracts, etc. In fact, I know of only one holistic ophthalmologist — Phoenix-based Ed Kondrot, MD. Fortunately, Dr. Kondrot wants to spread his knowledge to other eye doctors around the nation and world.
Dr. Kondrot is a good friend of mine. Last summer, we discussed doing a joint seminar on healing for the eye. This seminar is about to happen. Dr. Kondrot has put together a fantastic seminar series to train doctors (optometrists and MDs) on his techniques for preventing and treating degenerative eye disorders. He is offering a series of four weekend seminars for eye problems. Dr. Kondrot has asked my assistance in his first weekend module to instruct health practitioners on the basic approach to any medical problem.
This first module is an outstanding opportunity for your physician or eye doctor to learn basic approaches to patients including nutrition, detoxification, and other disciplines I write about in these pages. The rest of the series will be devoted to more advanced work for the eye.
I will be teaching the first module in Phoenix at Dr. Kondrots office the weekend of January 23, 2009. On Thursday, January 22, 2009, I will also be offering an intensive workshop on oxidation therapy, (ozone, ultraviolet blood irradiation therapy, and intravenous hydrogen peroxide therapy). If your doctor has an open mind, these sessions could help him bring the latest and most effective information on basic approaches to health and healing to his patients.
