With cold and flu season just around the corner, Ive got a 100% safe and highly effective way to protect yourself and others around you. Its completely non-invasive and does not require you to swallow any drugs or supplements. Better yet, it will cost you only pennies per treatment.
I know that sounds too good to be true. But it is true. Let me explain.
You know that breathing, coughing, and sneezing transmit respiratory infections. What you might not know is that some people are a lot better at spreading disease than others. Heres why: All of us produce bio-aerosols, small droplets of fluid that come out of our lungs. These droplets can carry pathogens. But some people are high emitters and others very low.
In fact, a Harvard project studied 11 people. They found that about half the subjects exhaled tens of bio-aerosol particles per liter, while the other half exhaled thousands. The number varied over time from one particle per liter of air to 10,000. The researchers concluded that about half the population may account for 98% of all the potentially infectious particles. That means that your risk of exposure is about 50%.
But there is a silver lining to the story. The scientists found that a six-minute inhalation of aerosolized saline (saltwater) can slash the particle emission by a whopping 72%. This is the same type of treatment used by asthmatics. But instead of inhaling a steroid through a nebulizer, you inhale saline (saltwater). That is right. Simply inhaling saline with a nebulizer can protect those around you from catching your cold or flu. And if someone else has the illness, and uses it, it could protect you.
Whether or not you catch a disease is determined by the number of infectious organisms you are exposed to versus your resistance. The more germs you are exposed to, the better your chance of infection. Simply breathing saline can dramatically reduce the number of germs emitted for up to six hours. That will dampen any epidemics contagiousness.
How does it work? It increases the surface tension in the lining of your airway. That makes for larger particles, which will have a harder time exiting your mouth and nose. Lots of infections are known to spread through breathing, sneezing, and coughing. These include measles, influenza, foot-and-mouth disease, chicken pox, bronchitis, smallpox, and SARS. Airborne bacteria include anthrax, TB, and many highly pathogenic germs that cause pneumonia.
Action to take: Theres no way to know who is a high emitter and when. However, this method is a risk free and very inexpensive way to limit how contagious a disease is. Nebulizers are readily available and can even be found on eBay. You do not need a prescription to buy one. All you need to add is saline, which you can buy at any pharmacy or drugstore, and breathe it in. This is not a means to make you better if you are infected (although it can improve your symptoms). The purpose is to make you less infective. This is a simple, and far less toxic way to protect those around you than vaccinations and drugs! That is why you will never see this method promoted in advertisements.
